OTMIE is a powerful SaaS platform designed to streamline the process of onboarding and managing contractors, freelancers, and content creators for businesses of all sizes. With a simple and easy-to-navigate dashboard, an escrow-style payment system, and a two-way communication feature, OTMIE provides brands with a comprehensive solution to help them manage their contractor relationships more efficiently. Whether a small business owner or a large enterprise, OTMIE can help save time, reduce costs, and improve overall contractor management process. With OTMIE, one can enjoy a more transparent, collaborative, and secure way of working with their contractors.

The challenge I faced was to design a platform that addressed the pain points of both businesses and contractors. I recognized that managing contractors could be a complicated and time-consuming process, often resulting in miscommunications, delays, and legal disputes. My challenge was to create a platform that not only simplified this process but also ensured transparency, trust, and security for both parties.

As the product design lead for OTMIE, I am excited to introduce a new platform that would revolutionise the way businesses manage their contractors. My goal was to create a simple and intuitive software solution that streamlined the onboarding process, tracked contracts, and enabled easy collaboration and dispute resolution while working with content creators, influencers, and all types of contractors.


To tackle this challenge, I adopted a user-centered design process that involved extensive research, testing, and iteration. I conducted user interviews, analyzed industry trends, and gathered feedback from beta testers to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience. Based on this research, I developed a user journey map and wireframes that prioritized simplicity, clarity, and ease of use. I also incorporated a feedback loop to continuously improve and refine our design.
